Numa is an AI-powered emotional journal with free and Premium subscription tiers.

Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use Numa.

Account Registration
Provide accurate information, maintain password security, and accept responsibility for account activity.

Subscriptions and Payments
Free tier: unlimited entries, emotion tagging, up to 10 AI reflections per month, 7-day history.
Premium: $7.99/month, $49.99/year, or $99.99 lifetime. Includes unlimited AI reflections, unlimited history, 30-day trend chart, weekly AI summaries, and PDF export.
Subscriptions auto-renew and are managed through Apple App Store or Google Play.

User Content
You own your journal entries. You grant EXCLUSIVITEE LLC a limited license to process your content solely to provide the Service.

AI reflections are for informational purposes only. Numa is not a substitute for professional mental health care.

Not a Medical Service
NUMA IS NOT A MEDICAL DEVICE AND DOES NOT PROVIDE MEDICAL ADVICE OR TREATMENT. If you are experiencing a mental health emergency, call 911 or text HOME to 741741.

Prohibited Uses
No unlawful use, unauthorized access, reverse engineering, harassment, or circumventing usage limits.

Intellectual Property
All Numa branding, design, and code is owned by EXCLUSIVITEE LLC.

Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided as-is without warranties of any kind.

Limitation of Liability
EXCLUSIVITEE LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Total liability is limited to amounts paid in the preceding 12 months.

Termination
You may delete your account at any time through the app. We may terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
