Numa is an AI-powered emotional journal developed and operated by EXCLUSIVITEE LLC, a Florida limited liability company. We are committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have regarding your data.

Information We Collect
We collect: name and email address, journal entries including emotion tags and intensity ratings, account preferences, device type and OS, anonymous app usage data via PostHog, and crash reports. We do NOT collect location, contacts, camera, microphone, or payment details.

How We Use Your Information
To provide the app and its features, generate AI reflections via Anthropic Claude API, track streaks and insights, send daily reminders, manage subscriptions via RevenueCat, and improve the app through anonymous analytics.

How Your Journal Entries Are Processed
Entries are stored securely in Supabase with row-level security — only you can read your entries. Entry text is sent to a secure server-side function to generate your AI reflection. Your entries are never used to train AI models. All data is encrypted at rest and in transit.

Data Sharing
We do not sell your data. We share data only with service providers (Supabase, Anthropic, RevenueCat, PostHog, Expo) as necessary to deliver the service, and when required by law.

Data Retention
We retain your data while your account is active. Deleting your account permanently removes all your data within 30 days.

You have the right to access, correct, delete, and export your data. Contact us at exclusivitee23@gmail.com or delete your account through the app.

Numa is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13.
